Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms cover paddockform.com. PaddockForm is run by Martin O Mahony, Ireland. Contact: hello@paddockform.com. A postal address for legal notices is available on request by email. By signing in you agree to them.

1. What this is

PaddockForm is information to narrow the field: racecards, model scores, a shortlist, naps, model 1-2-3 and results for UK and Irish racing. Not a fact they will win. A guide to narrow the field.

  • We are not a bookmaker or a betting exchange. We do not take bets or settle wagers.
  • No odds are shown anywhere in the app.
  • Scores and percentages are estimates from past data. They are not advice and not a promise of a result. Horses lose. The published record includes the losers.
  • Live cards come from The Racing API. They can be late, wrong, or change, including non-runners and abandoned meetings. Check the official source before you rely on a card.
  • Any decision is your own. We are not responsible for losses.

2. 18+ only

You must be 18 or over. The sign-in page asks you to confirm that. We do not collect a date of birth. We may close an account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or X. One account per person. The 7 free days start when that account is created and do not start again on the same account. A second account to get another free week is not allowed. Do not share access, scrape, copy or resell the guide.

4. Membership and refunds

  • New accounts get 7 days free. After that, £10 with PayPal buys 30 days of the write-up.
  • It does not renew by itself. There is no monthly charge to cancel. Pay again only if you want another 30 days.
  • Cancel during the free week and there is no charge.
  • Email within 14 days of the first £10 and the whole amount comes back. We do not deduct the days you used.
  • After those 14 days, the 30 days already paid run to the end. A part-used period is not refunded.
  • A charge after you have stopped, a second charge for the same period, or the wrong amount is refunded in full. The money goes back through PayPal within about 5 working days.

Price promise: £10 for 30 days, and it will never go up for anyone. No upsells. Just the form. The 30-day pass costs £10. We promise not to increase that £10, for new or existing members. This promise is about the 30-day pass only. It does not change the free trial, the refund terms above, or our right to change or end the service as set out in these terms.

5. Safer gambling

Horses lose. The guide does not tell you to raise the amount after a win or a loss. Every nap stays on the record, win, lose or void. If this is a problem, free confidential help is available:

6. Our content

The guide, the model output and the design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for yourself. You may share a single pick if you link back to paddockform.com.

7. Availability

We try to keep the guide up. We cannot promise it will be available, error-free, or on time for every race. Features can change.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing removes your statutory rights. Otherwise we are not liable for betting losses or for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete the account at hello@paddockform.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you are a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of your local consumer law.

11. Copyright and illegal content notices

We respect copyright and other people's rights. If you think something on paddockform.com uses your copyright or other rights without permission, or is illegal, email hello@paddockform.com with the subject "Notice". Please include:

  • the page link (URL) and what the content is
  • why you think it infringes your rights or is illegal, and which rights or law
  • your name and an email address we can reply to (you can stay anonymous for some kinds of illegal content, but we may not be able to update you)
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete
  • for copyright: the work you own, and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.

We will confirm receipt, look at the notice promptly and fairly, and tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict content, we will tell the person affected and how they can reply. We may ignore notices that are clearly unfounded or abusive.

This email is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities, in English.
